At PulseStock.pro, we offer a secure and seamless payment experience for all users. By topping up your account or purchasing digital content, you agree to the following payment terms:

1. Accepted Payment Methods

We currently accept:

Visa
MasterCard

All transactions are processed through 3D Secure (3DS) authentication for enhanced payment security.

2. 3D Secure Authentication (3DS)

To comply with security regulations, all card payments are subject to 3D Secure verification. This may include:

A one-time password (OTP)
Approval via banking app
Biometric or device-based confirmation

The transaction will not be completed without successful authentication.

3. Internal Currency – Credits

PulseStock.pro uses an internal currency called Credits for all purchases.
1 Credit = 1 Euro (EUR).
When topping up your account, you may select a supported currency such as EUR or USD.
The number of Credits you receive will reflect the equivalent Euro value based on the current exchange rate.

Example: If you top up $10 USD, and the exchange rate is 1 EUR = 1.10 USD, you will receive approximately 9.09 Credits.

4. Currencies and Conversion

You may select your preferred currency during the top-up process.
The value in Credits is calculated based on real-time conversion to EUR, provided by our secure payment processor.
Your bank or card issuer may apply additional currency conversion fees, which are not controlled by PulseStock.pro.

5. Final Sales and Refunds

All sales are final.
Credits and digital content are non-refundable, except in cases of technical issues (e.g., file corruption).
Credits cannot be exchanged back to fiat currency or transferred between users.

6. Secure Payment Processing

All payments are handled by trusted third-party processors compliant with PCI-DSS standards.
PulseStock.pro does not store your full card details.

7. Failed or Declined Transactions

If your payment fails or is declined due to 3D Secure verification failure:

The transaction will be cancelled.
No Credits will be credited to your account.
You may retry with the same or a different card after resolving the issue with your bank.
