At PulseStock.pro, we offer digital products including AI-generated images, music, and illustrations. Due to the nature of these digital goods, our refund policy is limited and designed to protect both the integrity of our platform and our content creators.
1. Digital Products – No Refunds
All products sold on PulseStock.pro are digital and instantly accessible after purchase. As such:
- All sales are final.
- We do not offer refunds on any downloaded content or successfully purchased items.
- Once a user tops up their account with Credits, Credits are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for real currency.
2. Force Majeure Exceptions
In rare cases of force majeure, such as:
- Accidental double charges
- Proven unauthorized access or fraudulent payment
- Platform-wide outages affecting content access
We may, at our sole discretion, issue a partial or full refund of unused Credits or resolve the issue via alternative means (e.g., restoring access, issuing replacement content).

3. Dispute Review Process
If you believe a transaction was made in error or there is a problem with your purchase:
- You may submit a dispute request within 21 business days of the transaction.
- Each case will be manually reviewed by our support team.
- We reserve the right to approve or deny refund requests at our discretion based on the evidence provided.
4. File Access or Technical Issues
If a purchased file is corrupted, unresponsive, or inaccessible:
- You are eligible to receive a replacement file or manual delivery at no extra charge.
- If the issue cannot be resolved within a reasonable time, we may offer a refund of the Credits spent on that item.

5. Chargebacks and Fraud
Unauthorized chargebacks or fraudulent payment disputes will result in immediate account suspension. Any remaining Credits or purchased assets will be forfeited.
